Objective

To provide educational programs and materials related to livestock and poultry housing systems that allow for the efficient and profitable production of meat and milk in an environmentally sound, economically viable manner.

Need or Impact

Livestock housing information is needed by the modern animal producer to meet the many challenges that have recently been enacted by government regulations and market forces, These include water and air quality standards, human and employee health concerns, and the need to be price competitive in a growing world market.
