Food Production and Processing Safety

Food Production and Processing Safety seeks environmentally sustainable food production technology systems. This includes food system risk control, systems that ensure food safety and quality, and the design of efficient and economical systems for processing, storing, and distributing. Products managed in this field consist of renewable fuels, biodegradable plastics, food, and other agricultural products.
